IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN YOUR STORE AND ON WWW.JUSTWATCHES.COM

It differs depending on stock availability, all purchases made on https://www.justwatches.com/ are fulfilled by authorized online retailers TenX. Rest assured all our products go through stringent quality checks before shipping.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON JUST WATCHES TO BUY A PRODUCT?

Creating an account often provides benefits such as order tracking, early access to new launch, offers, personalized recommendations, and easier future purchases but it is not mandatory to create an account.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

In case of a refund request post delivery of the product, the customer needs to make sure the product is in good condition and intact with a tag and other documents before handing it over to the courier partner.
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse post-QC confirmation we will take action on refund. Refund will take the usual 7 business days.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING

Shipping is free all over India for prepaid orders and Rs. 100 for COD orders.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

If customer is not satisfied with product and wish to return the same, the customer should contact TEN X customer care on 022 68353125 (10 am to 7 pm, Monday To Saturday) (Except Government Holidays) or write to jw.support@tenxcommerce.com within 7 (Seven) days from the receipt of product to request return FOR refund. We shall not entertain any request for return for refund after 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of the product.

Please Note: In the case of COD orders, shipping charges are not refundable.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY WATCH?

We will not accept returns FOR EXCHANGE/ REPLACE of Product in the following cases:
1. No MANUFACTURING defect in the Product.
2. Damage is caused to the Product due to Customer's negligence.
3. IN CASE the product RECEIVED is found to be broken/tampered/MODIFIED/mishandled/WITHOUT PACKAGE/NOT SUPPORTED WITH invoice or warranty card.

In such a situation TEN X reserves the right to ship the same back to the customer in the same condition and in such case, no exchange will be processed.​

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMELINE FOR MY ORDER?

The general delivery timeline is 3 to 5 business days (metro cities) and 5 –7 business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code.
